Pediatrician-Informed, Not a Substitute for Medical Advice
This tool uses published pediatric sleep research (Weissbluth, Ferber, and Precious Little Sleep guidelines) to generate typical schedules. Every baby is different. Always consult your pediatrician if you have concerns about your baby's sleep, growth, or development. This tool does not diagnose sleep disorders.

📋 Your Baby's Daily Schedule
What Are Wake Windows?
The most important concept for understanding why schedules work
A wake window is the amount of time your baby stays awake between sleep periods. It starts the moment they wake up and ends when they go down for the next nap or bedtime. Getting this window right is the single biggest factor in a smooth sleep schedule. Too short leads to undertiredness. Too long leads to an overtired, wired baby who is actually harder to get to sleep.
Pro tip: Nap times within 30 minutes of the same time each day dramatically improve sleep quality. Consistency trains your baby's circadian rhythm and makes falling asleep much easier — for both of you.
